Scottsdale Storm Damage

A major storm brought heavy rainfall and gale force winds to the Valley of the Sun on Saturday, September 27. Many trees have toppled and streets and parks are flooded.
A large tree fell across 69th Street.
Many Palo Verde Trees fell or broke along Scottsdale Road.
El Dorado Park was built in Indian Bend Wash and serves as a drainage channel after storms.
This flooded bridge is usually a few feet above the water in El Dorado Park Creek.
Parts of the baseball fields are flooded.
This parking lot off of 77th Street is completely flooded.
El Dorado Park Creek has overflowed its culvert and is flowing across East Murray Lane.
El Dorado Park Pond 1 is no longer confined to its banks.
